TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tournaments will run from February 9, 21:00 to February 24, 20:59 (CET), 2023.
- There are no other fees than the minimum bet.
- The leaderboards are updated automatically.
- The tournament prize pool and minimum bet may fluctuate due to foreign currency exchange rate.
- Each tournament’s leaderboard displays 10 Players’ IDs with the highest points.
- At the end of each tournament, the Players’ points are reset to zero, and the calculation of points for the next tournament starts with the same principle.
- All the users with verified gaming accounts on the Company’s website can qualify for participating in tournaments.
- In case of equal results at the end of each tournament, the Players take up positions on the leaderboard according to the order of registering for the tournament.
- The points are calculated based on real money bets only.
- All the winnings will be transferred to the winners’ balances after the end of each tournament within 1 business day.
- VBET reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this tournament at any time.
- VBET has the right to amend the terms of the offer, cancel or renew the offer, or refuse to allow participation at any time without prior notice. This means that VBET may limit or refuse to allow customers to take part in this or any other offer.
- VBET reserves the right to cancel the bets or winnings or bonuses or jackpots or any other prize, which are displayed or provided to the Player due to any technical or mechanical or software defect (error). In this case, an application/complaint and/or an objection may be submitted by the Participants within 10 calendar days after the application of this clause. Applications and/or complaints or objections submitted later than that are not considered by VBET with no further legal consequences. In any disputable situation, the data on the VBET server is taken into account.
- VBET reserves the right to withhold winnings if it’s discovered that a Player has used a special program designed to defraud VBET or made an agreement with another Player.
- Each Player participating in this tournament approves to allow and accept to publish his personal ID for any purpose related to this tournament.
- Each Player participating in this tournament approves to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- In case of any inconsistency between the translated versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English text shall prevail.
